This module allows you to have custom CSS files based on your server environment
By default it just makes the Toolbar green on non-pantheon servers (localhost), red on dev, and orange on test. No CSS files are added to live.
You can customize the CSS rules applied by modifying the appropriately named CSS files within the module folder.
