Klik and Pay payment system integration for Commerce Module

Requirements:

1. Set up cancel return url on the Klik and Pay merchant account.
2. Set up return url on Klik and Pay merchant account.
3. Telephone is mandatory field for Klik and Pay. It has to configured on the Klik and Pay Settings.

Payment options:

1. Direct Payment

2. Payment by subscription

3. Multiple Installments
These enables user to pay total amount in X installment.
Requirement:
First of all, activate the option "payment in X installments" in your Klik & pay Back Office
