Currently in Context, there is a plugin that allows blocks to be configured to regions based on the active theme. Context Block will display all enabled themes and allow users to place blocks into appropriate regions based on the selected theme.
When will I not need this?
Once #316555: Context only knows about the current theme issue has been completed then this module will no longer be needed.
