Pre Migration Ananlysis

PMA (Pre Migration Analysis) is a migration usitily, that analyzes existing nodes and blocks and lists the cases of PHP, CSS, and tokens in text fields. The report is then presented, listing all cases. Here are some facts:

• PMA has no UI, rund via Drush.
• Drush command is pma i.
• Additional filters can be added as plugins, use existing filters as samples.
• Report is saved as a html file in the "reports" folder.

Note, that each report point is not necessarily a problem, but rather an indication of an issues that needs to be reviewed.

Note, 8.x branch is currently in progress, not usable yet!
