Commerce Checkout Information

This is a small extension of the Commerce Checkout workflow which allows you to add a small text explaining/helping the user on their way through the flow.

Doing the development I have tested against a Commerce Kickstart installation where it worked quite well.

Should there be a checkout pane where it do not work as expected for, please create an issue explaining a little about your setup and on which step in the checkout flow that it happened.

Further down the road I plan to make it possible to chose how it should show up per pane. e.g. one is shown on hover, another on click or perhaps just rendered inline. So the baseline becomes you define what should trigger it and how it should displayed afterwards.
