The location cck module allows you to add location fields you your entities. When viewing such a field, by default you have the field formatter options to view the location data as text or on a map from goolge maps. This module addon provides new formatters where you can view the location data on a map + also configure and use controls that allow you to see your current location on the same map, and the directions from your current location to the location in the field.
