Replaces derivatives of Devel generated images with Dummy Images.
A bridge between Devel images provider and Dummy image modules.
It works like a Devel image provider, but inserts the same one file fid to all generated image fields. And at the render phase this image file is replaced by dummy image as configured at Dummy Image config page (independently of field 'Use dummy images' value).
