Webform VIP Registration

Provides a Webform Component that allows users to register for a specific date with limited availability. It allows you to create a recurring event with limited seating/slots and keep track of available slots per date.

This was created for a client to allow them to create a simple, limited availability, recurring event registration form. Registration didn't allow for date specific registration and, while it added a date field, Registration Date didn't allow each date to have it's own stock of available slots.

Core Features:
Date Repeat API integration
Automatically open and close registration relative to the event date. (And each occurrence)
Limit the number of available slots PER DATE.
Webform results integration. (Requires patch #2327405: Custom component table view not supporting multiple columns)
