Deploy entity delete

This module add supports for entity delete in deploy module (http://drupal.org/project/deploy).

It should be enabled in source and target sites.

The module adds a new rules action (Add entity to managed deployment plan to be removed from the target sites) which should be used to add new deleted entities to deployed plans. When the deployment plan is deployed, the entities are removed from target site.
