Multilingual content type

This module will add the feature to translate node types in a entity translation enviroment. The reason for this module is that i18n_node which will normally add this feature is not fully compatible to the entity translation module.

The most of the module code was originally a patch to the i18n module which was developed from GaëlG.

I just added two features:

• Localized token support for the translated name and the description. Which also started as an patch to the i18n module.
• Error message after enabling the Multilingual content (i18n_node) module.
