Example Installation

You can view the module installed on this support page. This is an example of the Freshdesk ticket form embedded onto a node display in Drupal. This was accomplished using the Token integration.

Want to take a look a the code of this module? We replicate the Drupal.org Git repository to Bitbucket which has a little nicer tools for browsing code. Pull requests are not honored on Bitbucket nor Github, please post an issue in the queue here on Drupal.org.

API Limitations

Freshdesk announced a new API in March of 2016. The new API imposes a limit of 5000 API calls per hour.
