There are use cases in which you want somebody to fill out a number of forms. A registration procedure where you want somebody to fill in a number of forms, online questionnaires or elevated permissions if somebody has attributed content of some sort.
The Content Queue module acts on Content Types in a way that somewhat mimicks the nodequeue module for nodes. It comes with a basic Progress block that intelligently guides the user.
