This is options allowed now :
- A closure block with custom message can be displayed to alert people e-commerce is off for moment.
- Enable Closure functionnality to make e-commerce down.
- Define period (only one for the moment) start and end date. no hours.
- Option to disable cart on closure.
- Option to disable price on closure.

Improvements

Next features could be :
- Do not have only one period. But create entity to have previsional periods.
- Take care of hours for start and end period.
- Using dateapi if exists
