d3.js libraries

A placeholder module for all the contributed libraries. Feel free to post a patch with your library, (with .info file and all), and we'll share them here so others can use them, or even add to them! .zip and .tar.gz files are ok too!

Requirements:

• Additional 3rd party libraries (js/php/etc) should NOT be included, and instead be listed as a dependency in the .info file. The dependency will be left up to the site admin to download separately. This is a best practice in that it gives the site admin the ability to control the version of the dependency separate from the Drupal-D3 library.
• Please include attribution if the actual d3 code was written or originally written and posted to another site. (for example: bl.ocks.org).
