Views new node

Adds a "Global:new node link" to views. Using views PHP it is fairly simple to add a link to a view to create a new node of a certain type. But this module does it without needing any PHP coding skills. Just choose "Global: new node link" in the header or the footer of the view, choose the node type for which you want to add an "Add new node"-link and apply.
It is a first trial and there are still a few things missing so I am more than willing to read comments and add extra features (within reason, of course ;-) ).
