Commerce price tax alternative

Commerce price tax alternative provide a simple formatter wich permit to display the commerce price with an another tax applied to it. It's useful if for exemple the tax applied on the price is not the same under some specific conditions.

You can then display the price with the normal tax applied, and the price with the alternative tax.

The formater provides too the features :
- display the quantity unit (quantity unit have to be handle by a taxonomy term field)
- display a prefix and suffix foreach price
- display the price without tax applied (price HT)
- If a discount is applied on the price, display the original price too (price without discount)
- display a comment under the prices displayed
