Seven, with some added goodies. Useful for clients who want things Seven can't do, but don't want to move away from the stock Drupal admin look and feel.
At the moment, this includes the ability to put entity fields into a sidebar on the relevant edit forms. Much of that code was gratefully ripped from Rubik.
