Taxonomy UI improvements

At the moment the module provides only two options:
batch removal of terms and batch adding terms directly from list terms page.

Taxonomy module enabled

Known problems
There are no known troubles with the module for now.

TODO:

• Add "Select all" checkbox.
• Use batch API to work with huge data volumes.
• Use AJAX to work with adding/deleting terms
• Use AJAX popup window to edit term
• Use AJAX in-place editing to rename terms

Similar modules:
Taxonomy Manager
Very useful module, but it provide management functionality on different page.
Also it does not support drag'n'drop functionality.
