Integrate Jaco with your Drupal website. Jaco allows you to watch and analyze your users’ behaviour.
This module adds Jaco's code to each page of your site using Drupal's block mechanism, allowing you to configure exactly which users, roles, pages etc should connect with Jaco.
The module identifies the current user with Jaco, allowing Jaco to display the Drupal username of each user, and their user ID.
It also adds a Jaco "custom session attribute" called "drupal-site-name" which contains your Drupal site name, and also allows you to configure a custom session attribute of your own. You will be able to filter by these in your Jaco dashboard.
Getting started
- Turning on the module will do nothing straight away. It simply provides a block, so navigate to your site's block configuration page (admin/structure/block) and find the block called "Jaco JavaScript Snippet".
- Configure this block. On the config page you will need to enter your Jaco API key*, as well as configure which pages/users/languages etc you would like to enable Jaco for.
- You may configure the block to show one of the two Jaco logos if you wish.
* Your Jaco API key can be found in the Jaco website. First log in to their system, then click your name in the top-right corner. Choose "Snippet and API". The snippet provided contains your API key, in the second-last line. Copy this (without the containing double-quotes) and paste it into the appropriate Drupal field.
