Extra 'commerce_userpoints' module related API module to output points in currency formatted fasion everywhere.
Additionaly you could just call 'commerce_userpoints_formatter_format_currency_digits($points)' directly if you output userpoints elsewhere.
Note: you MUSt to apply patch #1 get from #1918008 to this module be able to intercept userpoints output.
