Commerce Giftcard by Mail

This module extends Commerce Giftcard to enable customers to choose from one of three fulfillment options for each giftcard they purchase:

Electronically, via e-mail (emailed)

Notifies the recipient and adds it to his or her existing or new account (similar to stock Commerce Giftcard functionality)

Physically, shipped with my order (printed)

Notifies the site admin to print a giftcard and include it with the order, and adds it to the admin's account.

Neither; send it to me (self)

Notifies the buyer, but does not add it to his or her account.

Commerce GC already supported the first and third cases, but not as explicitly. Normally, Commerce GC assumes that if a user does not supply an email address, it's assumed that the buyer wants the GC added to his or her own account. This module re-works this flow, adding an option for the site to ship a printed gift card with the order, as well as ensuring that the buyer cannot inadvertently spend the balance of the card.

Please note that this module does not add support for actually printing giftcards -- it only gives buyers the ability to communicate to the store that they want a card shipped with the order. It is assumed that either the site has a manual way of creating physical cards, OR that the site will hook into the rule in the rule set added by this module that fires whenever a printed giftcard is being created.
