Search API Solr elevate IDs

This module's use-case is similar to Solr Best Bets but aims to provide a more flexible solution - i.e. without the requirement for Solr configuration files to be modified.

This allows administrators to 'elevate', or promote in Drupal-speak, certain content items for user searches which meet certain criteria, i.e. if a user searches for the term "dogs" then elevate the basic page "How to properly care for your dog". Administrators are able to specify a number of terms and a number of content items the order of which is configurable through the use of the Node queue module.
