Open platform authentication and connection, especially for China. It has builtin support for identity providers below:

  • WeChat MP (Media Platform, 微信公众号)
  • WeChat OP (Open Platform，微信开放平台)
  • Weibo (微博)

A user can log in using a 3rd party platform and connect other platforms later.
To support a new identity provider, create a new plugin extending the base identity provider plugin.

Known issues

  • WeChat MP should only be available on WeChat mobile browsers.

This module is inspired by openid_connect module, but it does not conform to the OpenID Connect protocol, which is not suitable for China.
