CSS Background

Implements a CSS background entity, and two submodules that use this entity.

• paragraph_css adds the css (backgrounds and text) to paragraphs, and adds the css to the page when placed on the page using panels and paragraph_blocks module. It also supports an option for making the paragraph extend to the edge.
• entity_css adds css (backgrounds and text) to the node (and any other content type defined in the configuration).
