Views header nodes

Provides a Views attachment display type which displays the body of a node.

This allows you to allow users to edit the header and footer of Views without giving them access to the full Views admin UI.

Currently the node is taken automatically from a path based on that of the view, including the argument. For example, if your view is at /foo/bar then the header is created from the body of the node present at /foo/bar/header, if one is found.

Further methods of finding a node are theoretically possible: file patches :)

If Prepopulate is present, if no suitable node is found, users with permission are prompted to create one.
