This module adds a tab to each vocabulary, that lists all terms not attached to any current vocabularies, and allows you to delete them in one go.
Issues:
- The query scales well enough for tens of thousands of nodes and terms, but probably won't for hundreds of thousands or millions
- This could do with being a paged list + checkboxes so you can choose which terms to delete.
