Views Marquee Carousel

This is the implementation of the views carousel at the California Institute of the Arts (currently the module name is views_carousel though this may change to have the name 'marquee' in it. As a result, it does conflict with views_carousel at this stage).. This is also meant to be a case study on how to write your own views display plugin (given how short the example is). I do not wish to 'compete' against what views slideshow does (as what it does it pretty darn awesome and so this module may just stay in the sandbox; or become a plugin that can be used w/ views slideshow.
