This project aims to unravel inconsistencies and limitations during the workflow of site building. That said, the main goal of the framework is to make Drupal 8's strong but complex API transparent and usable through the user interface.
Discussions about useful and needed features for 8.x-1.x are highly welcome in the issue queue.
