You've just created a new content type and re-used some of the existing fields from an existing content type for your new content type. Shortly thereafter, you've discovered the custom reporting queries to built based on your old content type don't work anymore. That's because CCK moved them to a new table. Autocomplete Dropbox creates a CCK field and widget that allows users to select terms from a specified vocabulary. The module tags the node with the vocabulary terms when the node is saved.
The user can also add new terms which will then upon node save be added to the vocabulary if it does not already exist.
