This module allows site administrators to make any field to be editable in the Manage Display settings page.

Instructions

The field formatter editable settings are found in the Manage display tab for content types. In the Manage display main page there is a description on the fourth column that determine if the field is editable or not. A select element is available for each field formatter, that can be see by using the formatter settings edit button (Gear wheel icon) for that field.

Gentle Select Widget implements gentleSelect jQuery plugin for transforming select boxes into a skinnable alternative. The selection list can be rendered with multiple columns/rows to present larger datasets in a more manageable format. It recognizes the multiple attribute on select boxes and does the right thing automatically.

This module is a successor of the nodeblock module for Drupal 8.

This module allows you to specify content type(s), users, or any other type of entity as being a block. This allows the content managers of the site to edit the block text and title without having to access the block administration page. Users only need edit access to that entity in order to edit it.
