Content Display

A pull-quote is a quotation or excerpt from an article that is typically placed in a larger or distinctive typeface on the same page, serving to entice readers into an article or to highlight a key topic - see the pale yellow block in the image on the right.

Without the module, authors would need to duplicate the text excerpt.

Functionality

This module automates and simplifies the use of pull-quotes for Drupal, by:

Node timer measures the time that users need to read content (nodes). Node time can be activated on individual content types. You can also define which roles get tracked by the system.

Currently node timer offers the following features:

• measures the time users spend on nodes
• provides a block with a jQuery timer
• provides logs
• time log journal for each node
• export time logs to csv

Provides a Views display, style and row plugin for displaying nodes using Adam Shaw's FullCalendar jQuery plugin.

WARNING: The module has only been tested with the 1.5.x version of the jQuery plugin. The 2.0.x version has shown some issues, consider using the older versions.

Context Block Class gives users of the Context module the ability to define custom classes for blocks per context, both for each block and globally for a region. The module implements a context reaction, providing the interface required for adding classes to blocks which have been defined for that context. This unlocks a tremendous amount of theming flexibility for users of Context module. When combined with a grid based theme or any other theme which implements re-usable styles, the options are endless!

A simple module which allows upload of a template file (Drupal tpl file) which can then be used to process nodes on your site for displaying/ outputting as static files (eg. XML files).

The output is file cached in a similar way to how imagecache handles image processing.

Integration with the Ad.ly in-stream advertising platform.

Where to get an API Key?

To use Ad.ly, you need to register with their service at: http://ad.ly/developer/register/ and get an API key, which you will enter in the module configuration screen.

NOTE: Please make sure you're using ajaxit plugin v1.0.9 or later.

This module utilizes the ajaxit jquery plugin to convert a Drupal site into a fully ajax site. Its features include:

1. Auto handling of javascript and CSS.
2. Supports history (back and forward buttons).
3. Supports ie6, 7, 8, chrome and firefox 3.x (not tested on others).
4. No need to recode your site to use this plugin.
5. SEO friendly.

ToDo:

1. Make forms submit via ajax.
2. Add a default "loading" on ajaxit requests.

Media: Vimeo adds Vimeo as a supported media provider.

Most popular web services, including Vimeo, support oEmbed. It is generally recommended to use Media: oEmbed instead of specific provider modules.

Growl notifications is a module which provides a method for sending certain system notifications to a Growl server. This means that you can receive Drupal messages on your computer through Growl.

More usefully, a module to provide a Messaging sending method is provided which allows Drupal sites to push notifications to listening Growl computers. This is particularly useful for Open Atrium based sites on an Intranet where Bonjour machine names or static IP address are known. Instead of receiving email notifications you can now receive Growl notifications.
