About Media entity

Media entity provides a 'base' entity for a media element. This is a very basic entity which can reference to all kinds of media-objects (local files, YouTube videos, tweets, CDN-files, ...). This entity only provides a relation between Drupal (because it is an entity) and the resource. You can reference to this entity within any other Drupal entity.

This module include simple plugin that is only compatible with Drupal 8 for formatting image field view as gallery, it is very useful in case of product images to show in gallery view with zoomer and popup.

Open Video Annotation (OVA) Module allows rendering Video and Audio separate nodes
with Field Formatters like OVA Video Formatter and OVA Audio Formatter.

This module support Annotations by using VIDEOJS Plugin over video and audio.

Sandbox project to provide extra functionality for PhotoSwipe in Drupal.

PhotoSwipe Extras provides video support (via Media + oEmbed), Masonry Fields integration, and a different "skin" for the PhotoSwipe library. There are plans to support custom skinning support for PhotoSwipe and also Views integration.

What PhotoSwipe Extras currently does:

A module which uses the Plupload jquery library to enable multiple simultaneous
upload of images into a gallery
Two different widgets are available:

1. Where the images are added to an image field on the entity (Field Gallery)

"MIME file validator" validates file type on server side. This is simple module. In drupal 7, files validate only on file name extension.
This module is dependent on "fileinfo" php library.
There is no setting related to this module. Automatically working after installation
