This module simplifies the process of converting single site to multisite, make sure that the site administrator did all folder-files steps (see Multisites Using Drupal 7) and ending of auto copying and creating tables with new prefixes in same database. So you don't need to use any phpmyadmin or sql works... just click on a button!
Share sessions between different domains! Not just sub-domain.
You have several different domains for your drupal site, they can be in different servers but using the same database server. You want users only need to login one time for all those domains/sites. This module would help you.
Ideas:
put an iframe into a custom invisible block, pages with this block would sync sessions to other domains/sites
Other keywords:
session sharing
distributed session
Security:
flood control
source control

I forked so that development is not slowed down by any maintenance take-over process. When initial rewrite phase is over, I will suggest my code to current maintainer.
