Search

The module allows adding proximity to search API requests to improve the relevancy of the results.

During Drupal Con Vienna 2017 multiple people asked about the state of elastic search support as Search API backend.
At the moment there're two (mostly outdated) modules:

The module enhances the feature of other great contributes modules.
Current enhanced modules are:
- Computed Field, Computed Field Tools
- Field Query
- Views Summarize
- Visitors

The list will be continued.
Mostly are tiny fixes so I can't move it to separate single module.

Once an extra module's fixes is merged to official module, this extra module will be removed out. Please let me know your request if you're one of the author of the module.

search_api_solr_pro

Module extension to prevent the entities being loaded from solr results in views by a query setting.

Motivation:

The well know module search_api_solr (https://www.drupal.org/project/search_api_solr) force the entities to beign loaded from the solr results in views, ignoring if the user only want to display specific fields that are already indexed in solr. In that case we can improve the performance of view generation avoiding the load of the entities.

This module provides support for Search API in References Dialog modules.

Use case

The Search dialog should query a Search Index using views, and not directly the database.

Implementation

There is support only for entity reference fields at the moment.

What's this module for?

This module adds a Search API field processor which converts the 2-letter country code into the full country name for the Country component of an Address field.

Facets taxonomy tree provides a facet processor that allows you to show the entire taxonomy tree with out having to have all the term ids in the index. It plays well with facets hierarchy processor.
