Found this code in Can multiple administrators access site in maintenance mode and rolled this into a official module.

User can login the site with other site's account.
user_band_api module check whether the email has been registered or not,
if the email has been registered, the api module get the user infomation and set the user as login.
if not, the api will create a new user with the infomation ( the nick name, the email, and a random password ) and also set the new user as login.

This module extends the Shibboleth authentication module by adding 'conditional rules' that allow the administrator to dynamically assign roles based on Shibboleth attributes. This is similar to the existing shib_auth rules but with the ability to add multiple conditions to each rule. Each condition is evaluated separately using its own regex against its own Shibboleth attribute. If all conditions associated with a rule match, then the rule applies the defined roles to the user.
d7 version of the hidden module
The d6 Version of hidden had a filter, report for hiding and an email report
feature. These features have been removed.
Instead of the filter you can use the simple_regex_filter project
I'm sure there are some project for reporting comments/nodes and the email
report is also somehow possible. If you know how, please let me know.

This Module locks sessions after a configured amount of time. It does not expire the session but instead locks the session and does not allow the user to access any pages until the reenter a password. This is similar to how a computer user has his session locked if inactive but is able to resume the session if the password is entered.
