User Management

Hosting Profile Roles extends Aegir to enable more control over what role(s) a client user is assigned during site install. Since, by default, Aegir client's are given UID1 during site installs, this module also allows UID1 to be assigned to another user. This allows tighter control of the client's user experience, and thus support for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) type business models.

All I want is for the user to return back to the page they were visiting when they clicked a login or register link. I don't need a UI and I don't need options.

Alternatives:

• Login Destination - fully featured and UI, but too complex for such a simple use case.

The Showmeyouremail module will allow you to show user's email addresses on their profile pages. The access to see a user's email address is controlled by a permission. This gives site administrators the ability to allow certain users to see other user's email addresses while keeping the addresses private for all other users.

This is a simple and very small module that does not depend on views or any other modules. It does one simple but valuable thing. Enjoy.

This module saves a author information entered into a node's field as the node author. If you are using Feeds, you can map your author information from the feed into this field.

Install this module and configure it at admin/content/feeds_user_map.
