Overview
This modules provides an alternative login method. You can login with your Windows Live account. Users who log in for the first time get a new drupal account.
User who allready have an account can merge there id with there current account.

There are times, especially in a site used as a forum, when some users have to be banned temporarily because of their behavior not complying with the norms and expectations of all the other users. The Ban User module helps under these circumstances.
Drupal 7's default session settings make sessions live almost indefinitely - that may present security and performance issues.
State get's round the problem by combining roles with user-activitity sensing and AJAX calls.
Sessions may still continue indefinetely for some kinds of users

User Relationships module adds a nice 'Add to [relationship]' ie... Add to Friends to the user profile page. If you override the user page as a panel you can't add it to panels without custom code. This module lets you add these relationship links via the Panels user interface.
ILS Authentication allows library patrons to use their library account information to log into a Drupal site. It only supports authentication against a single Integrated Library System at a time, and each ILS requires a driver to work with this module. The 'sample' driver is enabled by default.
ILS Authentication doesn't touch 'local' accounts (accounts created by Drupal's built-in user module) or accounts created by other contributed modules.
This modules allows a siteadmin to export all users and user fields. The fields can be selected through an options page, which makes it easy to create the needed format for the file wanted.
