For now there is nothing sure about Offline payments in Commerce 2.x
This could be part of Commerce 2.x core.
At least some Offline capabilities will need to be built in the Commerce 2.x core.

The idea of this module is to give the option to create a lot of attribute options for a specific attribute at once, and optionally add them to 1 or more products.

It could be used when you need options like:

A text filter for easy interlinking to nodes (like [#123] which gets expanded to a link to http://example.com/node/123) and optionally for their comments (like [#456/78] which gets expanded to a link to http://example.com/node/456#comment-78).

Installation and configuration

Install the module by adding its folder to sites/all/modules, sites/all/modules/contrib or wherever you store your contributed modules. Go to the modules list and activate Wayback Filter.

On the modules page, there'll now be a link to Permission and Configuration next to the Wayback Filter on/off switch.
