Distributions contain a carefully selected set of module versions along with specific patches that have been tested for compatibility. These projects and their versions are defined through .make files within the distribution and their projects.

Individually upgrading a project could potentially break the distribution and should be avoided unless you are an experienced developer.

The Navbar region module adds a region to the Mobile Friendly Navigation Toolbar (navbar) module, allowing the placement of any blocks into the Navbar, much like the functionality of the Admin module.

The more positive the number, the more negativity points it has. It is typically easier to find negative modifiers than it is positive.

This is a module that allows users to configure ckan settings. the dafault values are site name for maintainer, site email for maintainer email and default license is Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike (CC-BY-SA).

What is Ubercart Stock Changelog?

This module allows site administrators to better manage their product stock by having the site record all changes in product stock, both decrements (usually from user orders) and increments (usually from restocks).

A stock change log is provided under the Administration > Store > Reports section to view the changes in product stock over time on a global or per-product basis.

This module aims to simplify the processing of Drupal queues by providing a controller API for the processing of complex ones.
The module also will provide batch processing bindings for queues managed by the module.
This will allow developers to process a queues seamlessly on cron and/or batch operations.

This project builds on the Family Tree module (https://www.drupal.org/project/family). There was never a proper Drupal 7 release for it. As a starting point for my project, I used the zip file here: https://www.drupal.org/node/1262608#comment-6634046. I made some changes to it, so I could use it for a site I was building.
