The purpose of this module is to track changes and add accountability to changes by tracking the user who made the change. This allows site administrators know who made a change and to possibly roll the change back to a previous version. This is useful when there are several people on a team managing and are managing the site via the UI versus tracking all changes via code. This is a common use case when a retrospective or incident audit is being performed... or just when a change causes ill affects and you need a quick way to roll back.
Finally your visitors will be able to chat with you in private. For each visitor a Slack channel is created. Your visitors use the block provided by this module while you answer from within Slack.
