(my project for the Google Summer of Code) - Tiago Carmona Palacios

Media:Youtube is a nice module that provides Youtube support for the Media family of modules. It has many features, but lack support for uploading. While direct upload is handled nicely in the Media Mover module in Drupal 7, Browser upload still isn't supported. It was supported via the module Video Upload in Drupal 6, written by bojanz.

Apache Solr Node Exclude module. Provides simple system for manually excluding nodes from the Apache Solr modules indexing process.

This can be handy when you have a content type that is sometimes useful to find in search and other times purely marketing or dilutes your results for what ever reason.

A simple checkbox is added to Drupal's publishing options on each node's edit page allowing an administrator to easily toggle exclusion.

This is simply a file (drupal-check.php) to upload and view on the server to test if the current setup meets the requirements to for a base Drupal install.

This is not a module. It not intended be installed into a Drupal site.

For security, this file should be deleted from the server once the check has been run.

It's is still very much a work in progress and will be biased towards an Apache and MySQL setup to begin with. The ultimate goal will included other sever and database options.

Stay tooned.
