This is an experimental module allowing some fields to be stored directly in the base table of their entity, provided that they are single-valued and non-translatable.

This module has been written as a way to add strong consistency in the Drupal schema without losing the benefits of the Field API infrastructure. By storing fields in the base table of the entity, we can add unique keys between several fields and properties of an entity, while still being able to use field widgets and formatters.

This module provides an alternative password authentication mechanism, via the pluggable password.inc system, adding support for CakePHP passwords. This is useful if you are migrating your CakePHP installation to a Drupal system.

Alias Preserve

The alias preserve module is used to preserve URL aliases created that were updated and are no longer valid. For example, using pathauto, when you create a node, a path(path 1) is created for this node based on the node's title; however if the title of this node is later updated, the URL alias is also changed(path 2 is generated). Old aliased may be needed in the following cases:
