This module provides a Drupal 8 compatibility layer for Drupal 7.
This is just an experiment for developers. This is an API module and doesn't provide any UI at all. Though it does work :-)

Drupal itself provides a single, coarse "Administer users" permission which covers creating, updating, and cancelling/deleting user accounts. But given the impact and irreversibility of some user cancellation methods, it may be desirable to restrict this ability to a subset of administrators (or solely to user 1). This module adds a "Cancel user accounts" permission to provide separate control of access to cancellation and deletion.

Quick Tip:
After enable this module you must go to Configuration -> File Types -> Video -> Manage File Display and activate the "Twitch video" and "Twitch Preview Image" displays.
