With nodequeue automator you can automatically populate nodequeues with new nodes with a custom ruleset.
An automator can for example add all new article nodes to a specified subqueue or all nodes tagged with a given taxonomy term.

This module works great with the Nodequeue Containers module and depends of course on the Nodequeue module.
