This module overrides the core entity autocomplete matcher. 1.x injects the path and entity ID in the list of results with the goal of disambiguating entities. 2.x attempts to do this same but allow some configuration via tokens for what information is included by the matcher.
This module lets you add a field to any entity type and when that field is rendered, it shows a widget with the thumbs up / thumbs down functionality. Also every vote is an entity which allows the votes to have views integration.
