Druplet module was a handy tool in the early days of multi-site. Some mighty-fine developers have worked out a much more elegant solution called Ægir and I suggest you take a look.

A Druplet is an on-demand Drupal sandbox generating machine. It uses Drupal's multi-site and install profile capabilities to allow for multiple unique sandboxes running under the same codebase. This module is not meant for use on production servers. Rather, it is a time-saving tool for developers.

Extends the administrative interface for Drupal core's "Update status" module (added to core in 6.x).

This module allows developers and themers to make use of the jCarousel jQuery plugin. It includes a developer API that other modules can use, as well as Views integration so that you can turn any list of content or images into a carousel.

Provides display handlers for the Media Field audio field and external audio files.

When enabled, this module enables display alternatives for audio fields provided by Media Field, and external link fields pointing to audio files. These options are available in CCK field display administration and also in Views field configuration.

Administrators are able create relationship types (friend, coworker, etc). Relationship types can be setup to be one-way or mutual. If a relationship type is one-way (subscriber) only the requester is shown as relating to the requestee. Relationship types can also be set as needing or not needing approval.

Administrators can give users the option to auto approve relationships on a per-relationship type basis.

This module provides management of API Keys for different modules. Keys allows developers who work on local copies of a site, to access the API key needed for their particular computer. For instance, Google Maps' keys work only for the domain name they are assigned to, with the Keys module you can save a Google Maps API key for your local machine. If the module that uses that key uses the Keys module, the correct API key will be returned.

Webmail is currently in an early development stage. Do not install this module in production environments. Even in development environments connecting to actual mailboxes may result in data loss.

This suite of modules will provide the ability to access external mail accounts (IMAP or POP3) to read, write and manage your e-mail right on your Drupal site.

Description

This module defines the "hierarchical_select" form element, which is a greatly enhanced way for letting the user select items in a hierarchy.

This module provides discount coupons for Ubercart stores.

Coupons are configured at Store administration > Coupons. Global settings for the module are configured at Store administration > Configuration > Coupon module settings.
