The winners module can be used to select users (winners of contests) based on a view which defines the rules of how these users should be selected. The default "winner choosing view" will choose random users that have never won any contest, but you can configure a view with whatever rules you want to choose winners.

Winners that are selected for a contest are saved in a simple database table, which can be accessed through views or viewed through the winners module interface.

Taxonomy Tree Select acts in node forms replacing the select boxes of taxonomy with checkboxes into simple and intuitive expansable trees.

Ever wanted to know what changed in the {variable} table? Who changed it? What the old value was?

Well, this is the module for you.

Using a database level trigger and a log of the connection id of the current request, we can log all of this. This should allow a bunch of other modules to be written on top of this one to allow for rollbacks etc.

Postgresql and Mysql supported, requires Mysql version greater than 5, and requires plpgsql installed on the Drupal database for Postgresql.

This module allows users to edit CCK user references from their account edit page.

For example, suppose you have 'Club' nodes, with a user reference to indicate a user is a member of a club. With this module, as well as editing the club to set all its members, users may edit their own account to select which clubs they belong to.

It will show what CCK columns get used in a view filter or relationship and give you the option to add an index on it so the views query will run faster. Also can add indexes to core modules that could use one.

Engine

Ability to convert your database from MyISAM to InnoDB in order to eliminate table locks on data writes.

Allows (fieldable) entities to be translated into different languages, by introducing entity/field translation for the new translatable fields capability in Drupal 7. Maintained by the Drupal core i18n team.

You need this module if you have a nested menu tree with taxonomy terms, e.g.:

• Term 1
  • Term 1-1
• Term 2
  • Term 2-1

And you have a node referring to the term in menu. For example, node refers to the Term 1-1. On the node page you'll see only the first level of menu, because node itself doesn't have a menu item and the menu becomes collapsed:
