The Modernist theme is a fixed width, two columns, minimal theme focused on great typography.
It is designed by Rodrigo Galindez and based on the design ideas of Jan Tschichold, Josef Müller-Brockmann, Dieter Rams, and other modernists.
Beautifully built yet transparent, it was designed with a focus on optimal typography in order to better showcase your content: text, images and video.
The current release is ONLY compatible with releases from the Zen 6.x-1.x branch, and not with 6.x-2.x releases. e.g. It's compatible with Zen 6.x-1.2, but not Zen 6.x-2.0.

"Sleek grey" is the second theme developed by Iulian Litcanu for Drupal but the first one posted.
It is a super elegant grey theme, perfect for any blog or company website. It has a lightweight footprint for very fast loading.
This sandbox provides template files of the different standard grids of the Omega Theme.

Simpliste is a very simple and easy to use HTML template for web projects where you only need to create one or couple of pages with simple layout. If you are working on a lightweight information page with as less efforts for you to code and as less kilobytes for the user to download as possible, “Simpliste†is what you need.
Aether is a responsive starter theme built with Sass & Compass. Using either fluid, fixed or hybrid responsive techniques, it has 5 breakpoints and uses the widest as the default.
Aether has some cool grid features, handy sass variables/mixins and the ability to add new Sass extensions to build on your theme. It is also Context/Delta friendly for that extra bit of control.
Bamboo is a responsive Drupal 7 theme designed and developed by Danny Englander (@Danny_Englander). Based on the CSS Skeleton Framework, it allows for a choice of backgrounds, color palettes, sidebars and fonts in the theme's settings page.
Bamboo is aimed at users who want to get a nice looking theme up and running fast, and may not want to take the time to create a sub-theme and fuss about with regions, settings, media queries, and other super technical things. It's also aimed at the casual Drupal user who has some familiarity with building sites. This is designed with this type of user in mind, so it may not be for the developer per se who would most likely use Omega or Zen. This theme also does not require any base theme. I am considering offering some downloadable Features as well, i.e. "Slideshow", "Gallery", etc...
