RootCandy slider/header module exposes RootCandy admin theme header to front-end themes.
Themers can use

if (!empty($rootcandy_header)) print $rootcandy_header;

in page.tpl.php to display the RC header.

uc_microcart provides a block that displays a cart icon, the total number of items in a cart, the cart total, and links to the cart, and that's pretty much it out of the box.

It's easily customizable by overriding the default template - just drop a microcart.tpl.php in your site's theme directory.

This project implements the necessary Drupal logic to include the pop.to social media service on your site. Pop.to integrates with major social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook, and allows your users to rate, comment and otherwise interact with your Drupal site using their social media credentials, and have their interaction with your site show up in their activity stream on Facebook or as a tweet in Twitter.

This module integrates the Flattr service into Drupal similar to the WordPress plugin at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/flattr/

This module allows administrators to rearrange the order of (cck) fields for node displays.

Normally the order of CCK fields is similar in both the node edit form as in the node's view. If you'd like to have an other order in, let's say the teaser display of a content type, this module provides you an user interface for this specific task.

Module to connect and control contributed API's to work seamlessly together.

The module will provide an ORM to use freely without worrying about which contributed API's are enabled/available. Modules will now be dependant on a set of API's within the API framework, rather than adding integration to each API individually.
