User contacts allows your users to manage a list of contacts (names, addresses, email addresses) from their account page.
Note that the contacts are not user objects and are analogous to say an address book in Gmail.
Flowplayer Playlist is an integration between Flowplayer playlists and views. With it, you can create a view that will render as a Flowplayer playlist. It also adds a CCK field for adding cuepoints, a feature that allows you to trigger particular actions at different points during video playback. Special utilities have been added to allow you to trigger a JavaScript or PHP function, display an overlay on the video, or trigger another video with the cuepoint field. It's pretty slick.
This module allows developers tracked by the CVS integration module to be associated with an e-mail address, to assist with the migration of CVS repositories to Git repositories. CVS Users will be associated with an anonymous "no-reply" by default. Additionally they will be able to select an e-mail from a list of addresses Drupal associates with the user.
Drupal allows you to set your site into maintenance mode in order to deploy code and database upgrades safely. However, access to the site during maintenance mode is by default controlled by a permission, which is generally only given to administrative users. It's not possible to test the site as a regular anonymous or authenticated user without giving all anonymous/authenticated users the "Use the site in maintenance mode" permission, so you generally have to test those things on the fly after moving the site back to "live" mode.
Follow-up allows you to schedule the creation of nodes, triggered by the creation of a node. That is, it allows you to configure a trigger node type with information on the target nodes and the follow-up schedule, and the module will create a schedule for when the target nodes should be created.
Star Rating is a simple module that provides star rating field and display formatter using Drupal 7's Field Type API.
Unlike Fivestar module and other voting/rating module, it supports neither end user voting nor nice AJAX interface. It is inteded for the rating only by the author of the article (node). Of course, you may be able to do this with Fivestar module and other voting/rating modules, but unlike most of them, it does not require other modules such as voting API module. It's born to be simple but good enough for those who want star rating only by authors.
The Olark module provides some simple integration between the Olark live chat service and Drupal. The module also provides a Context reaction to allow you to add the code using more complex Context-based rules, such as adding the code at specific paths, for specific roles, or other criteria. For instance, you could only show the Olark chat on the home page to anonymous users.
